Last month the UK ZUG held its summer quarterly session virtually, where attendees had the chance to learn more about the latest products and innovations from Zendesk as well as discuss their challenges with each other and the Zendesk and Route 101 teams.
The half-day session included a deep dive by Zendesk Solution Engineer Florin Pascu on new Messaging capacities and the business’ commitment to conversation experiences.
This was followed by a discussion with Rachel Percival, the Director of Operations at The Restory, about her 10 years’ experience working with Zendesk.
Next up was an informative session on CX trends and behaviours in 2022 and the drive to deliver conversational experiences, with a closer look at an AI-powered automation tool that integrates directly with Zendesk, before the event was rounded off with an open forum for attendees to discuss the topics raised and their own CX challenges.
