The next UK Zendesk User Group (ZUG) meeting is almost upon us! Why not join host Route 101 on June 15th to learn more about Conversational capabilities and automation opportunities within Zendesk and beyond.
These quarterly events help our UK community to sharpen their Zendesk prowess and talk through their challenges with other users. They’re a valuable and educational resource for Zendesk customers to learn about omnichannel customer service, delivering better customer experiences and Zendesk software best practices.
The first virtual event took place in March, and covered Zendesk’s business plans and product roadmap, in addition to deep dive sessions into Messaging and Agent Workplace.

This month’s virtual event will run from 10am-12pm on June 15th when we’ll be discussing the emerging CX and EX trends in 2022, looking at how the Zendesk platform can facilitate conversational experiences natively, and exploring ways to unlock new capabilities using the open API framework and complementary tools.
Featuring a session from Florin Pascu, Solutions Consultant at Zendesk as he takes a closer look at new Messaging capabilities and expounds on Zendesk’s commitment to conversational experiences, and a closer look at Conversational Process Automation and the ways it can be used alongside Zendesk to drastically reduce FCR whilst boosting CSAT.
